I. General

A. “DISCOVERMELIVE” refers to the service provided subject to this Privacy Policy (“Policies”) and/or DISCOVERMELIVE.COM, INC. The protection of your personal data is of prime importance to DISCOVERMELIVE.

B. In these Policies on data protection, DISCOVERMELIVE is informing you as to how DISCOVERMELIVE will treat personal information and how you can share your personal information with other Users on DISCOVERMELIVE web sites.

C. These Policies work hand-in-hand with the DISCOVERMELIVE Terms and Conditions, found elsewhere on the DISCOVERMELIVE web sites.

II. Basic Rules

A. DISCOVERMELIVE strictly adheres to the following rules in protecting your personal information:

            1. DISCOVERMELIVE collects, processes, stores and uses User personal information in compliance with various laws and regulations on information protection of and other countries.

            2. DISCOVERMELIVE uses User personal information, which User has provided during the registration process, to offer DISCOVERMELIVE services over the Internet. DISCOVERMELIVE will never share User’s personal information with a third party.

            3. With the exception of some general information about your talent(s) or what real value(s) you are hoping to share with other Users, Users will determine what personal information can be shared and made available for DISCOVERMELIVE to display to other Users (cf. Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection).

            4. Users who not registered with DISCOVERMELIVE may only view User’s personal information to the extent that User enables and allows them to do so. (cf. Section 4).

III. Definitions

The following words used in these Policies shall have the following meanings:

            1. "Personal Information" shall mean all data and/or information about User.

            2. "DISCOVERMELIVE web sites" shall mean all websites on which DISCOVERMELIVE provides DISCOVERMELIVE products and/or services.

            3. "DISCOVERMELIVE Users" shall mean all registered or unregistered Users of DISCOVERMELIVE on any DISCOVERMELIVE web sites.

      4. "DISCOVERMELIVE Services" shall mean all services (registered and unregistered) provided by DISCOVERMELIVE on any DISCOVERMELIVE web sites.

      5. "Registration Information" shall mean the Personal Information you are required to give to DISCOVERMELIVE in the registration process, in order to access Full Member Benefits on any DISCOVERMELIVE web sites.

      6. "Profile" shall mean the DISCOVERMELIVE web site page(s) where the Personal Information User has given to DISCOVERMELIVE is displayed in compliance with User’s consent and agreement.

IV. What does DISCOVERMELIVE know about you, what do you give DISCOVERMELIVE and DISCOVERMELIVE Members permission to do, and what happens with your Personal Data?

A. In order for the DISCOVERMELIVE web sites to operate, DISCOVERMELIVE needs to collect and process User’s mandatory Personal Information during the registration process. This consists of the following basic information:

      1. User profile name

      2. User account password

B. User’s password is never shared with any other DISCOVERMELIVE User. DISCOVERMELIVE shall never share User’s password with any third party.

C: In addition to choosing a profile name and password, User is required to provide the following mandatory Personal Information during the registration process:

            1. Primary email address and secondary email address, if any.

            2. Primary telephone number and secondary telephone number, if any.

            3. First name, last name.

            4. Current mailing address.

            5. Date of birth

            6. Professional title, if any.

            7. Company name and address, if any.

            8. Talent(s) and/or area(s) of real value that User wishes to share or learn.

D. The following Personal Information from IV(C) will be seen by other DISCOVERMELIVE Users:

      1. First name, last name.

      2. Professional title, if any.

      3. Company name, if any.

      4. Talent(s) and/or area(s) of real value that User wishes to share or learn

E. User may choose to display the following Personal Information, either to all other DISCOVERMELIVE Users or to specific DISCOVERMELIVE Users only:

      1. Primary or Secondary email address.

      2. Primary or Secondary telephone number.

      3. Date of birth.

F. Users may provide other information about themselves, in addition to the mandatory Personal Information ("Voluntary Information"). This Voluntary Information will tell other DISCOVERMELIVE Users more about who User really is and possibly encourage other Users to choose User as an desirable contact.

G. Currently, Users may choose to include the following additional Voluntary Information:

            1. User interests.

            2. User education.

            3. User work history.

            4. Additional User Talent(s) and what User wishes to offer to other DISCOVERMELIVE Users.

            5. What User is looking for from other DISCOVERMELIVE Users.

6. User may also upload a personal photograph (subject to the Terms and Conditions stated elsewhere on this DISCOVERMELIVE web site.

H. User’s Voluntary Information provided to DISCOVERMELIVE, will be viewable to all other DISCOVERMELIVE Users, unless restricted by User.

I. All DISCOVERMELIVE Users may access your Profile and view the information displayed on the Profile, including all Voluntary Data you have specified to be made available to all other DISCOVERMELIVE Users. User may also select other DISCOVERMELIVE Users who can access additional Voluntary Information in compliance with your selection.

J. Users may send other DISCOVERMELIVE Users a request for personal communication. Such other DISCOVERMELIVE Users are then saved in your Profile on a User contact list. When a DISCOVERMELIVE User allows your request for communication, this DISCOVERMELIVE User will be listed as an "Accepted" User. “Accepted” and “Unaccepted” contacts will be listed separately. Other DISCOVERMELIVE Users may view your list of Accepted contacts.

K. DISCOVERMELIVE has set the privacy settings under "Privacy Menu" to default so that the list of your Accepted contacts is viewable to all DISCOVERMELIVE Users. User may change this default setting at any time, to User’s own preference of viewability.

L. The following personal profile stats will be viewable to all DISCOVERMELIVE Users:

      1. Number of Accepted contacts.

      2. Number of profile ‘hits’.

      3. Month and year User registered with DISCOVERMELIVE.

M. DISCOVERMELIVE has provided a Guest Book on User’s profile page. User may invite other DISCOVERMELIVE Users to leave comments. All Guest Book comments will be viewable to all other DISCOVERMELIVE Users. DISCOVERMELIVE has preset User privacy settings under "Privacy Menu" to default to the effect that a Guest Book is available and displayed to all other DISCOVERMELIVE Users. User may change this setting at any time in the "Privacy Menu.”

N. DISCOVERMELIVE Users may send private messages to User in order to create new contact with User. DISCOVERMELIVE has preset User privacy settings under "Privacy Menu" to default to the effect that all DISCOVERMELIVE Users may send private messages. User may restrict other DISCOVERMELIVE Users from sending private messages.

V. Visibility of User Profile to Non-Registered Users

A. As stated previously, User may set a predetermined level of privacy for User’s profile information. This means that User decides to increase User’s level of privacy or choose more visibility, thereby enabling greater exposure of User’s profile to other DISCOVERMELIVE Users.

B. When registering, User’s default privacy settings promote the spirit of open communication and the discovery of information. The information contained in your profile will be viewable to non-registered Users of DISCOVERMELIVE and will be traceable by internet search engines (not including email addresses or phone numbers).

VI. Groups

A. DISCOVERMELIVE encourages the creation of Groups that wish to focus in on specific topics of interest.

B. Each Group will have one (1) or more Moderator(s). All operating decisions in a Group are made by the Moderator, without recourse from User. The Moderator can decide (either with or without input from User members of the Group) whether the Group is public or remains accessible only to invited User members, as well as who may have read and/or write access for to the Group. The rules and operating procedures for each Group will be viewable on the DISCOVERMELIVE web sites for each Group. Such rules and procedures will only be viewable to DISCOVERMELIVE Users, but they may also be viewable to non-registered Users of DISCOVERMELIVE, depending on the settings chosen by the Moderator of each Group.

VII.  User Privacy with Our Advertisers

A. DISCOVERMELIVE web sites may contain links to various other advertiser sites. Each of these sites may have a privacy policy that differs from that of DISCOVERMELIVE web sites. The privacy practices of other web sites, linked to DISCOVERMELIVE web sites, are not covered by these policies.

B.  The only information that may be shared between DISCOVERMELIVE and an advertiser web site is information that pertains to the tracking of an online order and providing User with correct information regarding same.

C.  Order information, including order numbers and amounts, may be available to DISCOVERMELIVE and the advertiser web site, in order to provide accurate tracking. This information will not be released by DISCOVERMELIVE to third parties unless requested by User.

VIII. Appointments, Activities, Event Management

DISCOVERMELIVE offers Users the opportunity to enter appointments, activities and events, as well as similar information ("events"). With this function Users may manage and coordinate their events with other DISCOVERMELIVE registered Users and/or with non-registered Users, and User may also invite other DISCOVERMELIVE Users to specific events.

IX. Invitations

A. All DISCOVERMELIVE registered Users may invite non-Users to join DISCOVERMELIVE. DISCOVERMELIVE shall process personal information collected in the course of the invitation solely for the invitation and shall not use it for any other purposes.

B. Please note that the following User personal information will be viewable to the recipient of the invitation:

      1. User’s photograph.

      2. Number of your Accepted Contacts.

      3. Number of profile ‘hits’

      4. Month and year User registered with DISCOVERMELIVE.

      5. Type of User member.

X. Search Functions

DISCOVERMELIVE web sites offer several search options for finding other DISCOVERMELIVE Users. These search options may help, for example, in finding other DISCOVERMELIVE Users with similar interests. In this way, Users can find the type of other Users they wish to associate with - and systematically expand User’s personal contact list.

XI. Cookies

When a User logs on to DISCOVERMELIVE web sites, DISCOVERMELIVE uses ‘cookies’ in order to identify such User during the course of an online session. A cookie will be stored on User’s computer. At the end of User’s online session, the cookie will be deleted automatically. User may choose to save this cookie in order to enable automatic login for subsequent online sessions. To do this, User needs to activate the following by left-clicking on it with the mouse: "Login automatically on this computer." The cookie will then store part of your login information in encrypted form. If you select automatic login, please be aware that this will then only be possible on the same computer on which the cookie was first saved.

XII. Use of Personally and Non-Personally Identifiable Information

A. Each time you access the DISCOVERMELIVE web sites, DISCOVERMELIVE will save the following data in a log file ("server log"):

            1. User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address (allows identification of User’s computer).

      2. The name and IP address of the computer requesting the respective page from           DISCOVERMELIVE ("remote host computer").

      3. The time, status, and amount of information transferred, as well as the Internet            web site from which you have reached the page of DISCOVERMELIVE      ("referrer")

      4. The type of Internet ‘browser User is using to access the requested   DISCOVERMELIVE page, including the version information of the browser   ("user agent").

B.  DISCOVERMELIVE may use or disclose personally identifiable information in order to operate and manage the DISCOVERMELIVE web sites, or to provide services that User has requested, either now or in the future, or to respond to User’s inquires or requests. In order to provide better services to DISCOVERMELIVE Users, DISCOVERMELIVE may disclose your User name on certain pages at DISCOVERMELIVE web sites.  DISCOVERMELIVE may also disclose personally identifiable information in the establishment or exercise of legal rights or defenses against legal claims, to comply with applicable laws or regulations, to comply with a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order or to investigate suspected fraud or a violation of the Terms and Conditions found elsewhere on this web site. DISCOVERMELIVE will never sell User’s personal information to any third party not affiliated with DISCOVERMELIVE without your consent, except in connection with the possible sale or merger of DISCOVERMELIVE.

C.  DISCOVERMELIVE collects and tracks certain non-personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, User IP numbers and browser type, access times, domain names, usage habits and other information which does not specifically identify any User.

D. DISCOVERMELIVE may use and disclose non-personally identifiable information for any number of reasons, including but not limited to, working with business partners and improving DISCOVERMELIVE web sites and services.

XIII. Minimum Age

Use of DISCOVERMELIVE web sites is reserved to persons who have reached the age of 14 years. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the protection of their children's privacy.

XIV. Changes to these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection

DISCOVERMELIVE reserves the right to amend these Policies at any time, in the event that this becomes necessary after their initial release, or in the event that it becomes necessary with respect to additional or amended services provided by DISCOVERMELIVE. DISCOVERMELIVE will not personally notify you of any amendments to these Policies. Users are urged to check these Policies frequently in order to determine whether any changes have been made. User understands and agrees that continued use of DISCOVERMELIVE web sites presupposes that User has read and accepted these Policies, as amended.

XV. Accessibility of these Policies

These Policies are accessible from any DISCOVERMELIVE web sites under the link “Privacy Policy”.

XVI. Section Titles

The section titles used in these Terms are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect.

XVII. Effective Date
